SCA to the resque.
They had a cheap kit ($19) that comprised of a small (1.5 Litre) bottle, pump and various bits.
After a bit of fidly metal work and fitting constraints this kit slotted in nicely.
Its identical to https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SLIP-ON-W...ht_1182wt_1124
Interestingly, in the old washer bottle there was a reed switch / float switch.
Initially I thought it was in series with the water pump, so that it would stop the pump from dry running.
But, with the float up, the reed switch is open circuit, so it must be a warning circuit.
Probably lights up a lamp somewhere on the instrument cluster (never seen it in 34 years!).
Good water pressure for such a cheap kit.
